Rotating the black gasket can adjust the height of the rotor clamp: 14mm/16mm/18mm. It is used for measuring the Angle of helicopter rotors with a rotor root thickness of 2.5mm-5mm and an installation hole of ≥M2.5MM. The metal parts are made of 6061T6 aluminum alloy through high-precision CNC processing.

    The digital tilt box at the top has a magnetic adsorption measurement surface function, with two measurement angles and one-click switching between two unit slopes and angles. It comes with a Type-C charging cable and has a charging function. You no longer need to worry about battery failure during use.

        This third-generation digital pitch gauge is specifically designed for the AK900 and can measure the Angle of the tail rotor.

        (When measuring the tail rotor Angle, the horizontal bubble needs to be placed horizontally.)

      Before use, place the bottom surface of the pitch gauge on the motor or other relatively flat part of the helicopter. When the device is powered on, briefly press the power button at the top of the digital display tilt box. The number on the screen will change to "0.00" and the character "REF" will be displayed.

      If the main rotor is being measured, then add or remove the metal sheet according to the thickness of the rotor holder and insert the metal part into the main rotor holder. The obtained Angle value is the pitch Angle.

      If the tail rotor is being measured, the metal parts at the bottom should be removed first to reduce the weight and minimize the interference caused.

       Choose M2.5 or M3 holes based on the installation holes of the blade root, select the corresponding screws, remove the mismatched screws, extend the back of the L-shaped base plate into the tail rotor holder, and tighten the screws.
