It is applicable for measuring the Angle of helicopter rotors with a blade root thickness of 5mm/8mm/10mm/12mm/14mm/[with a blade root thickness of 2.5mm-5mm and an installation hole ≥M2.5]. The metal parts are processed by high-precision five-axis CNC using 6061T6 aluminum alloy.

        The digital display inclination box at the top has a magnetic adsorption measurement surface function. With two measurement angles, it can switch between two units of slope and Angle with one click. It is equipped with Type-C charging cable and has charging function. There is no need to worry about battery failure during use anymore. LCD liquid crystal high-definition display with backlight function, allowing for clear visibility even in direct sunlight.

This mini digital inclinometer/pitch measuring instrument HOT100006 can measure the Angle of the tail blade.

(When measuring the Angle of the tail blade, the horizontal bubble should be placed horizontally.)

Before use, place the bottom surface of the pitch gauge on the motor or other relatively flat parts of the helicopter first. When the device is turned on, briefly press the power button at the top of the digital display tilt box. The number on the screen will change to "0.00" and the character "REF" will be displayed.

If the main rotor is being measured, then add or remove metal sheets according to the thickness of the rotor root and insert the metal parts into the main rotor holder. The obtained Angle value is the pitch Angle.

If the rotor being measured is the tail rotor, the metal parts at the bottom should be removed first to reduce the weight and minimize the interference it causes.

Choose the M2.5 or M3 hole position according to the installation hole of the blade root, select the corresponding screws, remove the incompatible screws, insert the back of the L-shaped bottom plate into the tail rotor holder, and tighten the screws.
